Wigglytuff is a Normal/Fairy type Pokémon and the final evolution of Igglybuff. It evolves from Jigglypuff when the former is exposed to a Moon Stone and upon evolving takes on characteristics similar to a rabbit, most notably its long ears.

Wigglytuff has a soft, rubbery body and can inflate itself by inhaling. When inflated, it can bounce or gently float in the air. Its eyes are perpetually covered by a layer of tears that wash away any dust and debris that get caught. Wigglytuff tend to live in grassy plains and fields, but they are rarely seen in the wild. They enjoy being petted and those that stroke their fine fur will find themselves not wanting to stop.

- Play Rough - A Fairy-type attack in which the user gets scrappy with its opponent in close quarters.
- Sing - A soothing melody that puts other Pokémon and people to sleep.
