Weepinbell is a Grass/Poison-type Pokémon and the evolved form of Bellsprout. Upon evolution, Bellspout's body stalk atrophies while its bulbous head grows to encompass its entire body.

Weepinbell is a bulbous creature with a yellow bell-shaped body, a green leaf on either side of it and a small stalk protruding from the top. It has light green speckles above its eyes and a gaping circular mouth with pink lips.
Weepinbell can typically be found in forests, usually disguising itself among the brush awaiting prey. The pollen it exhumes from its mouth is used to lure potential prey into crawling straight into its open mouth where they will be quickly melted down by digestive acids. Weepinbell also secretes a neutralizing fluid to prevent its digestive juices from destroying its own body.

- Vine Whip - The stem on Weepinbell's head lengthens into a long vine that can be used to whip or ensnare opponents.
- Acid - Weepinbell spits its digestive fluids at opponents.

- Poison Powder - Weepinbell exhumes toxic pollen to incapacitate opponents.
