The Bloodsucker is a creature in the original Silent Hill. It is found twice in the game, first drinking from a pool of blood in the Otherworld version of Alchemilla Hospital, and again in the location known as Nowhere. This creature is essentially a colossal leech. It will generally ignore Harry Mason unless he comes too close to its food source. However, the Bloodsucker in Nowhere has most likely been starved, attacking Harry should he come to close to its fridge hideaway.
